Is there a particular reason why we need to do this? I think it is better to have it like what we have now as it reflects our Axiom project site and the parent project. Unlike Axis2, Axiom is *within* commons project. So don't you think the id should reflect it? I don't think the id matter a lot but do we really need to change another thing??
