We should not tell our users "[[en:*" is an interlanguage link, except when it occurs on a page that starts with [[Tag:. It is already too damn confusing that [[en: is an interlanguage link and [[w:en: an interwiki link. (Where I should add that interlanguage and interwiki links are generally used in wikispeak as synonyms for the same concept, but where the concept is ambiguous.)
