Which in turn would eliminate the ability of the board to get quorum at all
even for meetings - and eliminate the ability to call the required sgmm to fix
anything - including eliminating the quorum to appoint new directors.

Basically if we follow the logic from Markus - Afrinic effectively is at an end
- and we close the doors and all go off to other RIRs or something.

Not entirely sure this line of logic is actually even vaguely logical - If it
is - could someone educate me on this new and profound form of mental
gymnastics that lead to such giant leaps of intution?

Thanks
