just exchanged libgeos-3-0-0.dll and geos.dll from the dll folder in my
python25 path for the geos.dll
I found at the end of the link you sent me and the problem appears to have been
solved
can't thank you enough, after a week or more of testing and retesting I was
almost ready to move
to C # OR java................... and no one really wants that.
