The University of Wisconsin Health Sciences Center processes all the
captured NCast .mp4's for a 1.5x playback. The students love it.

On the video track you skip frames as needed, and they have an audio tool
of some sort to lower the pitch so the instructor doesn't sound like Mickey
Mouse.

This processing appears to be popular and they are doing it for all their
lecture capture videos.
