That path does not seem normal. System directories (home) in Linux are
seldom written in capitals. But maybe you just misspelled it in the email...

Try running "file emptiness.mp3" in the same directory where you are
running gst-launch and see the result. Also, try "file
/home/Home/Desktop/emptines.mp3". If the file exists, you should get a
normal output.

Can you try another file and see if it works?
