Now I understand better for the requirements. It will be served as a exchange market for developers and users. So the procedure here maybe: the users upload the files and documents for the plugin/extension, after review and modification by developers, it can be put into the market place, and all users are able to install this plugin from market place right? > I would like to have an open market as a webpage where everyone can > browse these extensions and on the other hand I would like this to be > intergrated into the Matterhorn Admin UI, like the plugin section for > Wordpress, if you know this. Wordpress plugin comes into my mind when I first saw the description for marketplace. > I would hope that we will have an embed player directly into the > Facebook start page and the google+ page. It allows us to find friends which is also using Matterhorn. The students/users can link their Matterhorn accounts to Facebook, and invoke a function to post to their news feed on Facebook when they like some part of the video. > I would currently stay with this on list, so that others can comment on > this too. If we get more into detail, we can mail directly. Thank you. I am writing the application for these two projects. Before I send in the "formal" application, could you please kindly proofread my application and give me some feedback? > Thanks for your interest in Matterhorn! > RĂ¼diger Best regards, Zheng Fan -- View this message in context: http://opencast.3480289.n2.nabble.com/Inquiries-on-Google-Summer-of-Code-Project-Ideas-tp7406015p7408486.html Sent from the Opencast Community mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Community mailing list [email protected] http://lists.opencastproject.org/mailman/listinfo/community To unsubscribe please email [email protected] _______________________________________________
