My co-worker passed the absolute paths to the captured video files and sent
them to ffmpeg with two input parameters and we got a side-by-side output
that will play in iTunes.

However, our next dilemma is how to reference the files correctly in the
encoding profile.

Any suggestions? The profiles we have seen only list one input to ffmpeg,
-i #{in.video.path}.
The only documentation I can find simply says...
        Use #{expression} for string replacement
This was on the following page...
http://opencast.jira.com/wiki/display/MHDOC/Create+a+Custom+Encoding+Profile+v1.3

So, where does matterhorn get 'in.video.path' from, and how can I reference
all the files created by a capture in my ffmpeg command in the encoding
file???

Thanks,
Stephanie
