Stephanie,

NCast is a manufacturer of Capture Agents (encoders) that have become
widely used within the Matterhorn community.  The firmware in these
encoders has been updated to speak Matterhorn-ese to Matterhorn servers.

We are one of the several commercial affiliates to the Matterhorn project.

I don't think the workflow you need is available out-of-the-box with the
current implementation of Matterhorn.
