Hi, We've also experimented with putting 2 videos side-by-side into youTube or iTunes and run into the same issue.
The 'in.video.path', as I understand things, is set for each operation from the source-flavor filter in the workflow definition, and is set to the matching source for each operation created. So each compose operation has no knowledge of the other sources.
