I've done it many many times.

Go to View-Options, Copying Files tab. Change the second option for copying 
from DOS to HFS file systems to BinHex (or auto might just work).

Then, get your Mac Floppy mounted, find the file you want to copy in your 
Windows folders, and drag and drop. It does it for you :)

Then go stick your floppy back in your Mac, and you have a nice unbinhexed 
file. Also should work for Macbinary files.
