what i do is create a folder in the System Folder and name
it "finder in here" i then put the Finder inside this folder.
to avoid confusion you can name your System Folders
System Folder (7.1) and System Folder (7.0.1)
to "bless" the  System Folder with the "active" finder it needs
to be opened and closed "unblessing a System Folder is automatic
as soon as the finder is "hidden"
