I'm jealous! What a find : ) Thrift-hopping over the holiday weekend, I *rescued* a Color Classic. Most of the computers in the thrift shop (PC) were marked $15. The CC had "don't work" written in crayon and a 99 cent price tag. Took it home, removed the PRAM battery, and it booted right up. I'm *supposed* to sell this baby but I like it so much, I wanna keep it! Now I'm on a search for a P-575 board for an upgrade. I've always skimmed over CC posts because I never I thought I could afford one. I did a google search on the CC and can spend a few days following links...what a neat little machine! Husband returned just today from work with a regular Classic he found for $3. He thought it was color, got confused with the name. I'm tRyInG to train this PC-guy! Later, have a CC and a C to play with, Laura -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
