I'd love to say that with all the safety note and warnings in the 
service sources its pretty hard to hold apple responsible for such a 
mishap. Let alone the fact that the sort of person that would, would not 
know what, where or how a torx driver was used or that the manuals give 
much more help than "replace the board".
Sadly, the legal system has final say. Bloody tossers.
Makes an interesting argument against people supplying links to said 
material. Not that any links function lately. ;-(
