Beats me. I guess they just wanna drink what the locals drink and 
maybe don't feel like paying extra for imported stuff (exported from 
where I stand) they can get much less expensive at home. And about 
your Micro's... We foreigners don't know much about them. It takes 
some time to get to know them and time is limited when you have to 
catch your plane back home.

BTW Alcohol and the US are a nightmarish combination in itself. 
Having to run around with ugly wristband indicating that you're 
allowed to drink alcohol, and getting thrown out when not carrying 
such a wristband even though it's pretty obvious you're over 21. It 
is ridiculous.
