Sorry - blame my iMac alarm clock for that. I should also add that 
27C (80.6F) was at about 9pm when I went to the pub - it was 
unbearable in my room during the day!

If British ppl didn't talk about the weather half our conversation 
would disappear overnight. You notice Brits are never happy - if it 
rains we whinge, if it's sunny everyone complains it's too hot.... 
I'm off to live in Canada (pref. inside the arctic circle) where it 
stays cool in summer!!
