I totally agree, but that is mostly at functions like Concerts and Fairs and
stuff. I could take you to a Pub here where you would SWEAR you were in
Ireland. The family that owns it is Irish and they have a "scientist" that
deals with the Casks to make sure that the mixtures are *exactly* like their
home pubs. You have to know a local to find the good places I guess. Same is
true probably everywhere.
