I just recently reformatted an internal 500MB HD for an SE/30, and the HD Tools app had the option for setting the interleave. I left it at "1". Should I have set it to "0" ? Does it really matter that much anyway ? What about setting the interleave for a 2GB external drive, to be used with the SE/30 ? -- : - ) - Vern Andrews - - - - - Oregon Trail Descendant < mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > < mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > ~~~ < mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] > Andrews Research & Education ~~ http://www.angelfire.com/ca2/VernAndrews/ http://members.fortunecity.com/vernandrews/indexresearch01.html -- Compact Macs is sponsored by <http://lowendmac.com/>.
