That 800K AnyMac701-miniF floppy, which I built, is only for the Macintosh
Plus, Macintosh SE, and Macintosh II. It has a System 7 suitcase that has
been reduced, and probably lacks the System resources for what you want to
do even if you were using it with the right Mac.
The floppy, having 155 KB of free space, could probably be rebuilt to to do
what you want, but there's no reason to do that because:::

Since your Classic has a Superdrive it would be much better to use a 1.4 MB
floppy, which has plenty of space for the required System resources.
Suggest using Apple's 7.5 Network Access Disk:
