I'm not amiliar with Stargate, but if you have a hard drive in your Classic, can't you install system 6.0.x and system 7 on that HD, and use System Picker or System Switcher to toggle between the two? That would allow you to use system6 most of the time and 7 when you want to run an app that requires it. If you (or anyone else) can post some info on this Stargate program I would appreciate it.
