The Apple ReadMe for CFM-68K Runtime Enabler says 7.1 minimum. No problem, 7.1 is a free download. I'm not sure that Appearance requires CFM-68K Runtime Enabler, it's just my interpretation of the ReadMe. One way to find out is for you to see if it makes any difference on your IIci when you remove the CFM-68K Runtime Enabler extension. btw, CFM-68K Runtime Enabler should be version 4.0, any earlier versions are buggy.
