This is probably bad electrolytic capacitors. They're cheap aluminum-can
variety and nowadays are frequently the source of SE/30 problems,
especially in the sound section.

One or more of C3, C4, C5, and/or C6 are the usual suspects. The best thing
to do is replace all 4 of them with tantalum chip capacitors. The main
problem is to avoid lifting pads when doing the repair, 2 soldering irons
help there.

I can supply the tantalum caps at my cost, email me off-list for that.
