The risk depends on the skill of the repairer.
You can of course ignore it for now, but those capacitors can eventually
fail to a degree that renders the SE/30 unusable, typically, useless video.
So, since it's usable now, I guess the old adage applies, "If it's not
broke then don't fix it."
