Only once out of many times inside one, and I think it happened while I was trying to discharge the tube. The irony is that the act of discharging the tube gets you closer to the source of shock than just about anything else you can do inside a Plus. But I've electrocuted myself so many times over the years, I kind of react to it like Uncle Fester--except the time I crossed the 220 on the hot water heater...
