No connection with seller, buyer, nor anyone else; just wondered what a 'HyperDrive' board is/was?

The Hyperdrive was an internal hard drive for pre-Mac SE models. It allowed one to mount (via an included bracket) a SCSI hard drive inside the Mac case, and included a daughter board and instructions for making the whole thing work. Hyperdrive was one of 3 or 4 makers of these kits.

I think I have an uninstalled kit somewhere around here (another brand, but similar). The real trick was getting power to the thing without overloading the Mac. I picked mine a few years ago, but never did anything with it. If anyone wants one to play with, let me know.

cheers,
