The screwdriver is a T-15. A T-10 is too small for the work and can damage the
screws. And to open the case of my Classic I use no tools. I just remove all
screws, put the Classic on the coach with the CRT facing down, and then I hold
the back part of the case by the handle and gently shake it until it gets opened.
I think this should work on other compact models (except, perhaps, the CC/CCII),
but haven't tried it...

Of course, I wouldn't use a flat screwdriver to crack open the case unles it is
*really* big, because you can make permanent marks to the case. But I bet you
already know this.
