I believe the mechanism that is in this machine appears to be the original 400k drive (with red cable). The running motor does not appear to be the eject mechanism, as it holds a disk, as well as it will eject a disk properly now. I don't know if it's the head motor? I don't believe it is the motor which spins the media in the disk.
