Hi all, it's been years since I've been on this list. I've found free time and am getting back into my hobby.
Anyways...
Does anyone know if Basilisk II will work with ROMs from either a Plus, SE, SE/30, PB 165c, or LC II?
Most of what you have listed are better suited to Vmac or Worm rather than Basilisk. As Mark mentioned the PB 165 are a special case and may not run on a emulator or result in a unstable emulation. Vmac is also available on a number of platforms, Worm is pc only as far as I know.
Vmac has a 4mb memory ceiling under emulation.
Basilisk displays a dialog of rom info once a rom file is selected, this is a fair indication of whether a rom file will work or not.
LCII should work, maybe the SE30 but not the SE, both should work under vmac.
http://www.vmac.org/ getting on between versions now like BII
I started using macs via emulation and have since paid for a mac to match each rom. ;) inspired.. a pci "mac on a card" now that would sell and Apple might make a few bucks and the odd convert out of it.

Is a very long link but has a few uses, my french is poor and so a better link has yet to be found. I'd like you to enjoy your hobby and not be crippled by incompatible roms as different platforms give me great joy and all have their uses. ;)
You might take a look at Squeak, a little like Hypercard kinda sorta which also runs on a few platforms maybe the SE30, maybe not.
