A solution to connecting a PC monitor to your LC 475 can be found here:

http://www.griffintechnology.com/products/monitor_adapters/

You need the Mac to PC Adapter (0 dip switch) it can be found 6 from the bottom and is $10.

Replacement PRAM batteries can often be found at Radio Shack for about $5. I am not sure the exact type that the LC 475 and color classic needs but perhaps someone on this list knows that information. I found a battery for my performa 638 there.

I'm having trouble with addressing on my LC 575 upgraded Colour
Classic and my LC 475. Both have dead PRAM batteries and I would
like them to boot with 32-bit addressing by default. Resetting
the PRAM doesn't work because it defaults to 24-bit addressing.
The Force 32 extension on Gamba's site doesn't work, probably for
much the same reason.

Any suggestions?

Byron.
