Meanwhile, why don't you grab a Mac IIci and use it in there? At least you would know it works. I have one and it works really well. Running 7.1 + open transport, but it will run 7.6.1.

As it works so well in my IIci, I doubt I would spend huge $ to transfer it to my SE/30 (much as I love the idea).

I know they are as scarce as hens teeth, but seems a while back someone on the list mentioned something about a foreign supplier (Japan maybe) who might have cloned/reverse engineered Daystar's design. Daystar's SE/30 adapter does pop up on eBay occasionally, but it goes for gold and the bidding war turns into a fire fight. If some one does please share with the list; I have a 40MHz Turbo 040 w/fpu just dying to find a home in my soon to arrive SE/30. ;>)
