Well after installing IPNetRouter and Localtalk Bridge I've never had
any such problems. But I cheat a bit, I don't get my connection from a
modem, the PowerMac is on a small multi-platform network and gets it's
connection from a Wintel box.
My problem is I haven't even gotten IPNetRouter to send the connection
at all, or my SE's MacTCP isn't set up right. IPNetRouter should be
receiving the connection via Ethernet from the hub, and sending it out
via LocalTalk, and the SE should have TCP receiving it. I just don't
know if I have all the settings right, but I do know that it doesn't
work. :-P
Thanx,
ES
