Yes, exactly, it is connected to broadband now just without the speed, but

An ethernet card should make it easier to connect online, whereas I'm using
ppp over a serial line.

There is plenty of mention on varios sites about using Mac plus's etc. as a
HTTP servers but I think you need system 7 if you want your SE to be an
Appletalk server.
