DHCP is when a server dishes out the IP addresses for you as you have fixed
IP's it should be easier to set up as you can just assign a fixed IP to the
SE and then configure it direclty on the SE with the TCP control panel.

I'm using Eudora which definately works on a 68K you wont need to worry
about the authentication if you already have a mailserver on your network
which then can forward the email onto your ISP's smarthost mailserver.
