Sad :( boohoo
However is there any reason to really upgrade any compact mac to 128MB RAM? Don't you think that before you reach not even half of it the Mac might crash? I don't know much about SE/30s would love to get another one soon but, wouldn't 64 MB of RAM be enough for mostly anything even by today's standards, considering that most of the software these days wont even run on it? Just asking, thou I heard someone in the list mention he was browsing the web in one, I assume that's only for text pages, since I have a Mac IIci set up with AOL 4.0 which is very slow on the web [please don't start the flames about AOL I got no choice but to use it!] (I had a 56K modem but the IIci wouldn't keep up so I put a 28.8K which seems to work even better) anyway I only have it for emergencies (emailing) in case my G3 and my 8500 are busy doing something. But honestly, it didn't last very long on the LEM website it crashed, until I turned off images, I am guessing an even slower mac might be too much hassle. So now I mostly have like 500 old games in it. BTW thanks about the Mac Plus tip I compared both boards and quickly found the chip I needed to cut, now I got two 4MB Mac Pluses :) Now that I got my Mac Pluses up and running I can play "Amazing" again :)
Does anyone remember that game? It is so cool!

I assume that the 2 minute delay, is the Macintosh recognizing the 128Mb,
since when it was 8Mb there was a shorter delay.
Look forward to anyone response on this, many thanks.
