But before he can do that he needs a keyboard and mouse!  Just a couple
questions, does it sound like a hard drive spins up?  Because either
your hard drive doesnt have a system, the hard drive is corrupted, the
hard drive is broken, or you dont have a hard drive.  You can still get
the Classic to boot without a hard drive, you will just need to make a
boot disk.  Use Google to search for Mac system 6 boot disks.  It will
take some effort to make Mac boot disks on the PC, however, so if you
have a Mac with a built in floppy drive and earlier than system 10, this
should not be too dificult.
