The capacitors used are the same size, capacity, and voltage:  about 20 
microfarads and 16 volts except for C6 (SE/30) which is much smaller at 1 
microfarad and 5 volts.

Two of the capacitors are on 12 volt power traces and need the 16 volt rating. 
The others are on the 5 volt bus and do not. I surmise that Apple found it 
cheaper to use all the same values for inventory.

I changed two to tantalum caps and I was able to determine where I could use 10 
volt 22 microfarad units and where I needed the higher voltage and could 
tolerate lower capacity. Actually I turned the box on and measured the voltages.

I have been planning a summary of that but I have lost my notes. I may have to 
take apart a working SE/30 to refresh my memory. I shall report right soon now.
