I have seen it a few times on mine too. Dell M1330 with Intel graphics. I'm considering to un-tick "Sync To VBlank" as mentioned above, as I have had issues with clutterflow before. The solution for that is to add export CLUTTER_VBLANK=none to /etc/environment
