I completely agree and this is precisely why I said we need stronger
bots to test further.

I also agree there, 9d KGS will be hard. But it will be reached sooner than
most people think, partly by algorithmic improvements and partly thanks to
Moore's law. Go is a perfect application for many cores, we will be able to
take advantage of 256-cores machines that are coming soon. This will not be
enough, but it should get at least 2 stones and algorithmic improvements
will do the rest.
