Just open i-tunes, click on your ipod, (under "Devices"), highlight the files you wish to delete. They will be highlighted blue. Push the delete key on your keyboard. You will then be asked to confirm your desire to delete them. If you're sure you want to, click on the "Remove" button. Files gone.
