Ceresia's information seems to be dead on. I would trust his information and I'm also from the school of using WinXP because it's ridiculous to use WinVista using eight times as much memory!? C'mon WTF Microsoft?
I also find my (legal licensed) version of (32-bit) Windows Vista Home Premium is buggy and crashes for no reason despite it being installed on a store-bought laptop (which means the laptop was pre-designed to be compatible with at least the basic specs to run it. I'm very dissapointed in Microsoft and I can't say for certain if I will invest in Windows 7 unless I get some sort of apology in the manner of a rebate on Windows 7 and promises that it won't fail me so miserably like Vista has. Here's a con point-of-view video for the 64-bit option if you're interested. http://www.5min.com/Video/Comparison-between-32-bit-and-64-bit-Editions-of-Windows-151563282 --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
