I upgraded from Home Vista Premium to Windows 7 Home Premium. Everything was fine for about a week and all of a sudden I get these annoying prompts that Windows Installer needs to configure Microsoft Office 2003. It does not prompt to put in a disc or anything, it just try's to configure something. I uninstalled and reinstalled Office but I get the same prompts. I'm up to date on my Windows updates. Does anyone know how I can get rid of these annoying start-up messages prompts?
By the way, I also started to get prompts for Windows Installed to configure TrayApp and a bunch of other items that I believe are related to my HP Printer. I uninstalled the printer and am using the Windows 7 driver since HP does not have a compatible driver at the moment. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Computer Tech Support" group.
