By the way, here's another idea. If you were charged via credit card, call your credit card company and dispute the charges. Tell them that they did not provide the service you requested and certainly did not resolve your problem, and over-billed you on top of it. If none of your problems were resolved, I would dispute the whole charge and say they are not authorized.
