tigercat --- Bad idea!!! Since it was a provable 'service' it could get his credit card issuer to cancel him for 'fraudulen activity'. And even though the service did not have a successful conclusion he would not get any money back.
If you doubt me try it yourself (go get a haircut, then tell you card issuer it was unauthorized or that they never provided the service) or just ask your bank.
