I agree with Ceresia. FYI... The latest T21 BIOS date was 3 June 2004 (version 1.16) If you need to upgrade go to http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/MIGR-4JSQHB.html for a matrix of T20 and T21 adapter/drivers
