Actually it could have dangers. Now... Did you mean clean the outside, or inside? If the outside you would be fine. If the inside... As Ceresia said!!! (unless you are properly trained and have the 'correct' brush and vacuum parts you could end up causing your PC to do a meltdown due to static electricity).
