Perhaps there is another model or number on your motherboard?  It
seems the motherboard you listed is either quite old or I cannot find
correct documentation on it.

Anyways, is there any on board graphics on your mobo?  VGA, DVI, HDMI
connections?  If so try those first, usually the board defaults to use
that, and then in BIOS you can set the card as primary.  Hopefully if
that works then update the BIOS on that board, if this doesn't work
and the card works correctly in another machine it is possible that
your mobo is dead, or that something is not functioning correctly...

Does your video card need extra power? If so do you have it connected
in the PC it is not functioning?  Do you have one or two 4 pin power
connectors on your mobo, are they plugged in correctly?
