Scanner is a flatbed Epson Expression 1640XL...
I'm getting a thin red transparent streak all the way down on one side
(traveling the same direction as the lighting assembly). It's only
showing up at higher resolutions, like 600dpi. In my experience, this
means dust on the sensor. Any thoughts? Or does this need to go to an
authorized service rep? tia.
