With a quick look I did not see any mother board batteries, but I was
looking for batteries for my Nikon camera a couple months ago and found
a shockingly low price at http://www.bestbatt.com/
Everywhere else had them for somewhere in the teens to well into the
20some $ range. Bestbatt has them for less than 9 dollars. I was
skeptical, but figured if they worked at all it would be worth it as a
backup. But they work at least as well as the original.
