Actually, the IT Manager blocked the Art Director's access to iStock. They were refusing to restore access because there were photos of NAKED PEOPLE on there. The person who brought their laptop from home was working on an important project and was not willing to miss its deadline by working on the slow, balky desktop computer provided by the IT manager.
