They were definitely deprecating Cox's ability to provide analog cable
service after February, 2009, as well as Cox's ability to provide hi
speed Internet service.  When I explained to both Verizon salespeople
that they were misrepresenting the facts and that they shouldn't be
doing that, their response was in a somewhat snippy tone, "It's
obvious that Verizon won't be a good fit for you" and left. At no
point did they take time to explain or promote what Verizon had to
offer other than the free installation. Next time I'll be sure to take
names and numbers. All I have at this point is the time of day they
stopped by.

I appreciate your apology and will be willing to consider Verizon as
an option in the future.
